To give you the best food, we take our inspirations from the seasons and throughout the year design carefully chosen dishes to match your occasion. Choose from selected menus and we will deliver your favourite food with flair and innovation. Lewis & Grant have a modern, eclectic style which comes from our understanding of combining unusual textures and flavours to enhance the natural quality of the ingredients.
Breakfast meetings
Smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels- ham and cheese croissants- fresh pastries-fresh fruit platters.
Lunch
Spiced butternut squash soup- Sea bass with roasted sweet potatoes and lemon thyme- Rare roasted fillet of beef seared with coriander seeds and black pepper - Chicken, mango and avocado salad with citrus dressing - Lemon and asparagus risotto- Light and airy puddings.
Afternoon Tea
Miniature cheese scones with mustard and cress-Baby smoked trout and dill muffins-Lemon chicken sandwich triangles-Cucumber and sweet chilli prawn-Baby meringues with thick cream and crushed strawberries- Iced tea with mint and apple- Freshly brewed tea and home-made cakes.

Bowl Food
Coconut Thai green curry-Roast vegetable tagine spiced with harissa and apricots-Chicken and chorizo with rice and roasted peppers- Polpettini with sweet potato chips-Braised beef in red wine with thyme and roasted garlic- Irresistible puddings.
Buffet
Vietnamese chicken salad-Slow roast lamb with roasted tomato & feta cous cous and tzatziki- Salmon Nicoise with baby plum tomatoes and quail eggs-Fish and Seafood pie with saffron mash topping-Spinach, feta and pine nut tart-Show stopping desserts.
